For one of our customer we are curently looking for a Deployment Project Manager
Job description
Leads/drives all wireless network subcontractors deployment activities in the site acquisition and site building processes following global contracts, our customer objectives and budget conditions per group of sites (sites portfolio)
Sub-contractors management: Control, tracking, and follow up of the site acquisition and engineering Sub-contractors according to the defined targets.
Secures and approves sub-contractors tasks/missions in line with the contractual lead times, quality and financial objectives.
Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting. Reporting any escalating quality work, or deviation regarding the objectives, internally.
Ensures internal deployment coordination : civil works engineers, radio planners
Solves the specific operational, legal and financial issues and generates global reporting to management. Monitors closely wireless network deployment performance.
Manages the activities priority of the Site Engineers and relies on their expertise to take the appropriate financial and technical decisions for site building.
Acts as, per sites portfolio, a single interface between our customer and the deployment subcontractors
Launches, follows up and receipts purchase orders for the deployment equipments related activities
Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
Leads and/or actively participates in meetings and external platforms (with Municipality, Administration, service providers, big companies, etc.).
Ensure follow-up of events including Mobile BTS deployment (Acquisition and building), special extensions, sweesite,…
Ensure follow-up of radio capacity extension (simple: add radio, complex : with civil works)
