Site Operation Manager H/F (Luxembourg, Permanent contract)
• Team Management (40 persons)
• Point of contact for SUN/European Institution and the team
• Coordination with the Team Leaders (who manage the day to day activities)
• Human Resources (Activities follow-up, Engagement, regular Review, Training Plan)
• SLA responsibilities ( Sla reporting, negotiation, monitoring follow-up)
• Steering committee Meeting preparation and participation
• ITIL processes implementation (Services Management Tool, SLA, CMDB, Incident, Problem and change management)
• System administration (Installation, Migration, virutalisation, and Patches management)
• Cluster Administration (Installation, Migration)
• Backup Management (follow-up, Backup and restores, Client administration)
• Storage Administration
