Responsibilities:
Managing the UTRAN Network Planning.
Pre-qualification & participation in the ordered network elements based on engineering and commercial aspects.
Formulation of technical and commercial proposals for Node B /RNC/M200 requirements.
Defining the UTRAN planning strategy based on the company objectives.
Defining the required network elements type, configuration and capacity based on RF Planning site design data
Defining the UTRAN standards.
Defining the network future expansion requirements based on RF Planning site design data.
Managing nationwide Upgrades of the UTRAN network with the new Major/Sub S/W release.
New BSS supplier evaluation and project implementation in coordination with internal entities of Planning, core NSS and OAN (RF Planning defines the technical specifications).
