For one of our customer, we are currently looking for Equipments Testing Engineer
“High Voltage”
Position: Consultant
Starting date: ASAP
Language skills: English mandatory
Location: Africa and Middle East
Responsibilities:
Prepare the Service by reviewing documents and technical records provided
Have knowledge of AC/DC, CT, VT, MV/HV Circuit breakers, MV Cells,
Disconnector switches, batteries
Use protection relay configuration software and load protection relays parameters in the relays
Test the equipments according to their test procedure up to the end of the command chain and check the associated logic
Get the equipments test reports signed by the final client
Establish a regular reporting on the progress of the works
Detect equipments configuration or operation problems and submit a solution to design office
Do if needed specialized test
At the end of the Service, to transmit a mark-up copy of all modified documents and a final report describing the way the services took place, the problems faced as well as the good point, so a return of experience can be implemented.
