We are in search of a Director/Business Development who has experience in the construction industry and also has experience dealing with Government Contracts, Government Project Bidding and supplying of high tech solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage planning, implementing, maintaining, and coordinating the company sales and marketing efforts.
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs that provide maximum exposure of new business development prospects within the established goals and objectives of the company.
* Develop and market short-term opportunities in the Southeast and long-term opportunities nationwide in IT products and services.
* Ensure that proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and client visits are implemented with maximum efficiency.
* Interact and communicate daily with the corporate office as well as with civilian and federal government representatives.
* Maintain a database and customer relations system.

Requirements:
* 3-10+ years in business development within construction and federal sector (DOD and/or construction experience required), and includes prior experience at a senior management level.
* Construction management at risk required.
* Possess an existing network in the Europe area, mainly in Switzerland and identify and develop leads by using strategic proposals.
* Develop joint venture agreements and operations capital.
* Team with other contractors as well as organizing and leading business teams.
* Strong managerial background supervising others as well as excellent communication, organizational, motivational, interpersonal,
relationship-building, and leadership skills.
* Strong entrepreneurial ability to meet and exceed all business development goals.
* BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or
comparable degree. MBA a plus.
