We have an immediate need for a highly motivated and experienced individual to sell our and third-party software technologies licensed to customers or use within their applications. This role will emphasize direct sales of our software technologies to software OEM's worldwide.
The OEM Sales Director will maintain direct sales responsibility for the Europe territory.
Responsabilities:
* Building and managing sales territory and sales pipeline
* Strategic selling through team approach
* Accurate Sales forecasting
* Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
* Represent the company at customer executive briefings and user group meetings
* Utilizing Sales Automation system to track sales activities
* Meeting annual quota through the achievement of quarterly metrics
* Meeting quarterly non-quota based goals

Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A minimum 10 years high tech sales experience
* At least 5 years selling software technology directly into software
companies
* Working/current contacts within the targeted technology OEM
companies
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the "Major Account Sales
Process"
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization
* Demonstrated ability to influence key resources that do not work for incumbent but are necessary for successful performance of responsibilities
* Ability to understand and develop operational processes
* Education: 4 year advanced degree or equivalent experience
A candidate's application will be strengthened by:
* Start-up experience in a software environment
* Specific knowledge of linguistics, search engines, text retrieval,
content management, knowledge management and the like
* Experience selling many software solutions
