We have an immediate need for a highly motivated and experienced to
technology alliances such as partnership and join-venture, as well
acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with internal executives to develop a strategic roadmap of
technology alliances
2. Evaluate and screen patterns candidates presented to the company
3. Identify and approach join-venture and partner candidates that fit to the roadmap
4. Coordinate due diligence for potential partnership, join-venture and acquisitions
5. Work with the Executive team and outside investment bankers
6. Take lead responsibility for developing the alliances integration plan
7. Support the CTO on evaluating and planning strategic expansion into new markets

Requirements:
- A successful individual with 3-10+ yrs. of experience
- Experience in working in a fast growth, global organization
- Prior business development experience in software, experience in
alliances, venture capital or similar investing and experience in
information technology or high tech solutions.
- A highly intelligent individual with superior analytical, strategic, financial and transactional capabilities
- Ability to work in a lean, action oriented organization with willingness to "roll up sleeves"
- An individual who is self confident and who has the ability to be
persuasive and diplomatic with strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities along with day to day responsibilities
- Strong computer and spreadsheet skills
- Local (Switzerland) candidate preferred
- Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred
